Bihar salient features:

- 40,000 madrassas
- 1,119 are state run
- 2,469 are state affiliated
- Others manage to fourish by charity (from Saudi Arabia?)
- 100 Hindu children (or who are still Hindu and on verge of conversion)
- Hence madrassas dont preach fundamentalism
