Kerala: Where The Church Meets Communists
The "secular Christians" (thats what John Dayal & Communists call themselves!) couldnt conspire a code similar to Da Vinci, despite serious intimidation attempts, to ban Ron Howards movie in Indian theaters.
Said John Dayal, president of the All India Catholic Union: "The storyline of the film is anti-Christian and some parts of the film are singularly obnoxious. The authorities should ban this movie in India, as it will affect the religious beliefs and sentiments of Christ's believers, he said, while appealing to all the Christians to boycott the film.
Their other conspiracies, however unfortunate, need to be decoded. Recently, the electoral win of hardliner Communists had various reasons:
Church people and politicians in Kerala say a change in Catholics' political attitude has helped leftists return to power in the southern state.

Why the christians are so bent for ban on Da Vinci Code in India is simple.
In EU or America, where there are majority christians, its up to the people whether to watch or not. There church demonstrated (peacefully) and urged its flocks not to watch. No government forcing or censor board appeal.
In India, we have our over zealous and holier than thou peole, who are eager to please Sonia, hence the act.
But to see tha church reacts is simple.
In Europe/America, people are already christian, but here they not only need to convert people, but also keep those who converted within the flock. Hence, they dont want their secrets to be exposed.
Although the movie is fiction, it sheds light on the religion? christianity and its spirituality (lack of it).

Nice website. You might also want to go ahead and make the next Al-Jazeera - something like Al-Lal. Anyway, you might also consider putting up RDB photos to tune your website with the latest.
