Arise, Awake - and leave Asha, AID

Several findings have clearly demonstrated that Association for India's Development (AID) is in fact a left leaning, virulently anti-Hindu and a politically steered orgnization.

Most of its student run chapters have unsuspecting volunteers, being (mis)used at the hands of AID leadership.

From raising money for Pakistan visits to providing relief ONLY to Muslim Gujrat riot victims without donating a even a penny for Kashmiri terror victims, to organizing "Allah will destroy India" campaigns to demonizing India in the International media - all are spearheaded by AID and affiliate ASHA leadership.

Moreover, these organizations are guided by all the known ultra leftists Indo-American/UK political outfits.

Here is the nexus in their (Angana Chatterji?) words:

Youth Solidarity Summer (YSS) programs engage in anti-oppression work, Association for India's Development (AID) in livelihood and education. The Campaign To Stop Funding Hate (CSFH) formulates allied struggles to disrupt the predominance of the Hindu Right in diaspora. Faith and inter-faith organizations rethink religion for the present. Trikone, Saheli, Narika, Manavi inform conversations on gender, rights, and citizenship. The Forum of Inquilabi Leftists (FOIL) create openings for vibrant politicization, building and intervening upon family, community, cultural arrangements, education, in ways that support change and confront history. Prolific commitments and contributions abound-"Third World" feminisms, Indian-English, labor organizing, Nobel prizes, Silicon Valley successes. What incongruities proliferate? As Students for Bhopal organize against DOW; as the Coalition Against Genocide challenges Narendra Modi's visit to the United States; as feminists of/from South Asia protest Lakireddy Bali Reddy and Vijay Kumar Lakireddy and the trafficking of women for profit through bondage, immigrant servants cower in the laundry rooms of homes in suburban Albany; male youth are made bi-polar in the confines of patrilineage; matrimonial ads match upper-caste males with "fair" virgins as women seek to violate normalizing gendered roles. Where to, from here?

AID volunteers, if you still want to be played at these leftist hands, dont post your ads on matrimonial websites or marry someone you found through a matrimonial website or even look at one, and tell the whole world every such marriage is "trafficiking of women for profit through bondage".

Arise, Awake, listen to yourself - dont get manipulted by these virulent political outfits.

  • You guys rock.

Panicked AID volunteers are facing protests everywhere. Every concert they organize, they are facing concerned freedom loving citizens distributing flyers informing people about the truth of AID.

  • We all are aware of the "work" done by AID. But very few are aware of the work done by organizations such as ]Ekal Vidyalaya (http://www.ekal.org) which are working hard day and night to eradicate illiteracy from India.

Within last 10-15 years they have set up nearly 15,000 schools and they are educating 500,000 children. Yes, it is half a million children! They plan to expand and have 100,000 schools. I don't think organizations such as AID and ASHA can even dream of these kinds of numbers.

We all want to make ASHA & AID go away one way or another. However stopping contributions to ASHA & AID is not the only way to do that. To effectively finish them we have to support organizations that are doing real work of educating Bharat.

Check out two videos of Ekal Vidyalaya work. I will upload more soon. Remember to make a line smaller, we have an option to draw a bigger line too :)

There are tons of more videos. I will upload them soon too.
