SFI protests against Art of Living course

Student Federation of India (SFI) - a student wing of Communist Party of India has now raked up another controvercy - internationally acclaimed Art of Living yoga courses are being banned in Kerala schools after protests by SFI.

Even a Catholic vicar regretted that corrupt government officials and corrupt politicians did not allow constructive activities to take place.

Denying the SFI charge that the programme promoted a cult and was unhealthy for students, Father Philip, vicar of Palarivattom church here, who has undergone the course, said the programme was useful.

Note: SFI han been funded by Association for India's Development (AID) in the past.

Brinda Karat is a passionate and articulate speaker with beautiful eyes and a chiseled face. She exudes the class and sophistication in a set-up where any kind of class tag, especially the kind she espouses, is almost a sin. The only woman member of the CPI(M)'s politburo is an alumni of the elitist Welham School in Dehra Dun and Miranda House, Delhi. With an upbringing in a 'liberal household' Ms Karat's umpteen morcha's for the poor and underprivileged workers sounds slightly off-key. She makes a pretty picture, but Marxism is best left to the babus with the jholas.

2) Jyoti Basu

The grand old man of Marxism or does that slot belong to Harkishen Singh Surjeet. Jyoti babu comes close, though and the 'gala milao' with the UPA government reinforces what Mamata didi has been alleging all along-the CPI(M) is the B-team of the Congress. Of course the allegations fall flat when they steam from the maverick Mamata, but Jyoti babu with his love for Scotch and his luxurious lifestyle is hardly the archetypal Marxist except when he is making an extravagant show...um...making a speech!

ToI should also consider compiling a list of India's liers and double standard activists. Marxists would again top the list!

Arise, Awake - and leave Asha, AID

Several findings have clearly demonstrated that Association for India's Development (AID) is in fact a left leaning, virulently anti-Hindu and a politically steered orgnization.

Most of its student run chapters have unsuspecting volunteers, being (mis)used at the hands of AID leadership.

From raising money for Pakistan visits to providing relief ONLY to Muslim Gujrat riot victims without donating a even a penny for Kashmiri terror victims, to organizing "Allah will destroy India" campaigns to demonizing India in the International media - all are spearheaded by AID and affiliate ASHA leadership.

Moreover, these organizations are guided by all the known ultra leftists Indo-American/UK political outfits.

AID volunteers, if you still want to be played at these leftist hands, dont post your ads on matrimonial websites or marry someone you found through a matrimonial website or even look at one, and tell the whole world every such marriage is "trafficiking of women for profit through bondage".
